Its with a particular VIA 686a southbridge controller (which likely isnt on 
your K6-2 motherboard)

The condition only occurs when two IDE drives on different chains are 
enabled with UDMA mode, and attempt to transfer data between each other in 
large amounts (100 megs or so)
