I just notice that kdat have the option Do_NOT_COMPILE in 
kdeadmin configure file (Maybe for good reasons, i don't know)
Ok, i can't test it there as i don't have tape.
So i gonna build a new kdeadmin and let you test it.
Is that fair enough?
