There isn't anymore time & timezone configuration in installation, so 
everyone gets EDT timezone by default. 
I set the time in BIOS to my locale time, then set my timezone to RET (GMT 
+4). Linux then automatically added 4 hours to my already-computed time... I 
corrected this behavior by date -s "-4 hours", but now i have a 4 hours 
increment at each boot !  What should i do ?
I never had this problem with 7.2
