Under almost all circumstances cards cannot share irq's even if you get it to
run it will cause system instability. None of the current motherboards allow
the use of all pci slots for this reason. The next generation of amd smp
motherboards will have a 64bit pci bus on all slots which will fix the irq
problems but for now there is no such fix.
I should also mention that the new motherboards will be going for 700-800$ so
its not a cheep fix but it will also include 160-scsi and dual 3com nic
cards. This one is from tyan but others like msi are planing versions with
smp for around 300$ or maybe a little less.
