[Cooker] gkrellm/ymessenger fonts turn to boxes with new Xfree

[SI Reasoning]

The new Xfree is wonderful...but the fonts in gkrellm
and ymessenger don't work anymore... just a bunch of
boxes. Whatever fonts they depend on don't seem to be there.
