[Cooker] qiv needs rebuilding

Hello,

The image viewer qiv stopped working here:
qiv: error while loading shared libraries:
/usr/lib/libgdk_imlib.so.1: undefined symbol: jpeg_std_error

After a rebuild it works fine.
