[Cooker] ipsec still not working

I posted a message a week or two ago regarding ipsec not working
beyond kernel 2.4.1-22mdk which got no answer.  Am I the *only* person
using ipsec?  I guess so.

What is even worse than it not working since 2.4.1-22mdk is that
sometime beyond that (maybe it was with 2.4.1-22mdk) the debug option
(CONFIG_IPSEC_DEBUG) was turned off so I can't even debug why it does
not work in later kernels.

Can we please have the debug option turned back on in the next kernel
release?
