Same with grub and lilo (and chos if it gets from contrib into cooker),
basesystem still requires both, not a 'bootloader'.
I do not know if it is difficult to handle that, because, for example,
if you have only lilo and want to switch to grub, if you do
rpm -e lilo
rpm -U grub-xxx
there is a moment with no 'bootloader'.
And if you reverse it:
rpm -U grub
rpm -e lilo
there is a time with two 'bootloader'. I suppose former is a problem but
latter is ok.
