[Cooker] MDK8 Segmentation fault with SUN JDK 1.3.1

Hi to all.
I found a problem running SUN JDK 1.3.1 (or 1.4.0 beta) on MDK8.0 +
updates... some applications like apache tomcat 4.0 crash after few
seconds (JDK 1.3.0_02 works fine).

...any suggestion ?
