[Cooker] gtk+2 doesn't rebuild (on bi)

gtk+2 doesn't recompile anymore on bi. i wanted to fix some 
buildrequires (libatk0-devel and pango-devel are also required by 
gtk+2), and found out it refuses to rebuild on bi.
