[Cooker] libtool problem for kdebase-2.2.0-0.alpha2.1mdk

The new kdebase rpm contains a dependency on libkateIface.so, which 
was part of kdebase-alpha1.
I suppose this is a problem of the new libtool, because the same thing
happened after pspell-0.12, which also linked against the installed
libs, not against the newly compiled ones.
The workaround is to uninstall kdebase-alpha1 before compiling
alpha2, but some day it needs to be fixed elsewhere or the same
problems will happen again with other packages.
