[Cooker] updating cooker

IIRC there was some discussion in the past week or so regarding 
modifying the dissemination of fixed/updated RPM's, the body of which 
are known as "cooker". The  'weekly cooker' was one such thread.

My question is: Has this been implemented without me finding out ? 
Or am I just too anxious? Or using the wrong site?
