[Cooker] rsync for windows??

hey guys is there anything like rsync for windows?  there's only one
computer here attached to the DSL line and it's a laptop and I haven't yet
been able to get it working in Linux with the DSL connection, so my only
alternative is to use windows.  Got most of the cooker files but it changes
every day and the previous download needs to be brought up to date.
