I rebuilt from the .src.rpm also, and that fixed the problems for me
too. I already had libbzip2_1-devel and libtiff3-devel installed, so
those files were created right, and the missing file causing all the
artsd problems is: /usr/lib/mcop/Arts/WavPlayObject.mcopclass. As for
how that file went missing in the first place is a good question.
