OK, figgered it out. The MP3 input module was set to "Detect files by
content (instead of file extension)" and my ogg vorbis file had .mp3 as
it's exension. Renaming the extension fixes the problem, as I am sure
will selecting "Detect files by content (instead of file extension)".
