[Cooker] vlc

I am trying to install the new vlc-0.2.80, but when I enter:
rpm -Uvh vlc-* I get:
error: failed dependencies:
 libSDL-1.2.so.0 is needed by vlc-0.2.80-2mdk
 libXv.so.1 is needed by vlc-0.2.80-2mdk
I have looked in cooker & searched the CD's from Mandrake 8.0 PowerPack;

I cannot find either of these things.  Where can I find them?
