libgtk+1.2-devel:/usr/bin/gtk-config
libgtk+1.2-devel:/usr/share/doc/libgtk+1.2-devel-1.2.10/gtk-config.txt
libgtk+1.2-devel:/usr/share/man/man1/gtk-config.1.bz2
So install libgtk+1.2-devel. He's needed in order to compil the application.
urpmi libgtk+1.2-devel

so you don't have to do that. And remember users are for all the sys. You
don't have user specific to a desktop or wm.
