After repairing /var/lib/rpm/Packages manually, I was able to 
reinstall rpm with 'rpm -Uvh --force rpm*', but it did not
change anything.
Btw, I forgot to tell my version. I'm running rpm-4.0.3-0.8mdk
and a cooker as of roughly Tue Jun 26 20:00:00.
