I changed to avoid some too long opeation, now -f force rebuild depslist and -f
-f (or -ff) force rebuild depslist and hdlist (if possible, ie not using a
source hdlist).

I found a bug on provides too which could have caused some problem of urpmi (not
trying to install some packages, this has been fixed in 1.6-3mdk) and added
option -p for both urpmi and urpmq.
