I guess there is no harm in not having mailcap on your system, but for 
one thing mailcap is not listed as requiring metamail. And also, the 
description says 'certain programs'. If these programs are not going to 
be required, can you at least list a few that make use of it (e.g. 
links), so that people know whether they need this or not.

BTW (slightly off-topic), I really wish there was a SuggestRequires or 
something of that nature in RPM. Sometimes I want to install a GNOME 
program, and it requires the whole GNOME desktop, plus some desktop 
apps. Now that is pretty absurd, I'm normally a KDE user, so all I 
should need is the libs to run this program, not the entire desktop 
environment. It seems to me either those GNOME depdencies are listed 
wrong by RPM, or moreover I get the feeling that GNOME really does need 
this much 'stuff' in order to run. Sorry, but I don't have an example 
right at hand, but it happens.
