I made these changes to the spec file festering in /usr/src/RPM/SPECS after the
failed rebuild of the src.rpm, did rpm -bb, and, some 2 1/2 hrs. later, three
shiny new i686.rpms.  Cool :D

However,
 [root@localhost i686]# rpm -Uvh --test koffice-1.1-0.beta3.3mdk.i686.rpm
error: failed dependencies:
        libkoml.so.1 is needed by koffice-1.1-0.beta3.3mdk
[root@localhost i686]# rpm -q --whatprovides libkoml.so.1
koffice-2.0.1-11mdk
