FYI, sunsite.uio.no is being phased out.
You should be using their new machine:
ftp.uninett.no,
which appears currently to be set up with the same file names, sizes,
and dates.
Users of my troels.rsync3.pl can presently do a seamless transfer
simply by changing line 48 from:
my $server_no = "rsync://sunsite.uio.no:873";
to:
my $server_no = "rsync://ftp.uninett.no:873";
