I don't know if this is related or not, but I just installed the
RPM 4.05 over a 4.0.3 version and now the rpm binary will report
it's version and usage, but any operations that reference the
rpm database results in a null-pointer segfault.

Any recommendations on how I can recover from this? I'm trying to
put together a partial cooker, so I'd rather not do a full cooker
install. Since rpm is statically linked, it's not likely to be
due to odd library dependencies is it? 4.0.3 still runs, but it
gives a lot of warnings about unrecognized dbi tags.
