Hello, I have heard it said that the maintainer(s) of the Kernel IDE code are aware of bugs but a flatly refuse to fix them ! This affects mainly PCMCIA IDE devices, but may also affect other devices. Does anyone know any more about this issue ? Has anyone had success using PCMCIA IDE devices, especially with desktop cards ? Thanks, Owen
