[Cooker] rpmdrake and /var/lib/rpm/__db.{001,002}

When rpmdrake starts it creates the above files and does not remove 
them. Is it intentional?

(Well, more accurate would be "files are created when I start rpmdrake". 
May be, it does not even know that they are created :-)
