Haha!  Ok, now that we have some context I can see why you took issue with
blaming Canada.  :-)  Never mind, after reading that page it would seem more
appropriate to blame France, since it would seem to be their laws being
invoked here.

So, I'm Canadian, and now my interest is totally piqued.  But I'm not
