I've seen it too, with db1 and compat-glibc, and db2 and compat-glibc.
Even more strange, i choose 1 or 2, and the question comes back like i
didn't answer at all, randomly asking me the db1/compat-glibc
question, or the db2/compat-glibc question.
Then after about 10 times, (/me randomly hitting the 1 and 2 buttons)
it decides it has heard enough of me, and continues like nothing
strange has happened.
Right now i have installed:

rpmtools-3.1-2mdk
urpmi-1.7-3mdk
db1-1.85-5mdk
db2-2.4.14-2mdk
compat-glibc-7.2-2.1.3.4mdk
