Control center 1.4 comes with its own libcapplet. The libcapplet0-1.5 
is only to be used with control center 1.5 which is not yet stable 
enough to be included as Frederic Crozat stated.

Remove libcapplet0 and reinstall the control-center, that should
fix your problem.
