Hi.

Found problem with new libpspell4. It has parts in C++. So programs that
use only the C part (like balsa), fail to link. I had to add manually -lstdc++
to build latest CVS balsa.

Ideal would be to split C and C++ parts, but I suppose that is not possible.
So the solution could be to link the dynlib explicitely against libstdc++,
so programs linking with C compiler don't get unresolved references.
Can this be done ?
