And exactly what user would you setup the mail account for?  All of them?  
The first one?   What mail program would you set it up for?   I really don't 
think this is a good option, and isn't even done in Windows.   It asks you to 
set up an account when you setup IE/Outlook, just as it does when you open 
KMail, so the functionality is there, it's just not crammed down your 
throught.   Linux is a different beast, and we truly have to stop doing 
things the Windows way, just in the hopes that it will bring over a few users.
