Okay, before some says anything, I know this has been asked and
answered before in the newsgroup, but no solution I've seen has worked
for me. I get this error when I reboot the machine and go from win98
to mandrake, but I believe I also get it just simply during a cold
boot to mandrake. At first it was happening in GRUB (most people seem
to have the problem in lilo, so I switched to lilo and I'm still
having the problem.
Does anyone have a good solution for this other than
reinstalling MDK 8 ?
K63/400 w ASUS P5A mobo
128meg ram
20gig hd with win98
5.1 gig hd wih MDK 8.0
lilo boots from the first hard drive, which is the linux one.
