I checked, and dev is required by basesystem. So, it is impossible to
remove it (in clean way). It means, that as long as I run with devfs
mounted I risk urpmi --auto-select to screw up my /dev (may be not
completely. But I would not give it a try).

Looks like at the moment adding dev to skip.list is the only
alternative.
