I don't have Depends file on my system and everything works. Just delete __db* files
and rpm --rebuild will stop complaining about
missing Depends file.

It seems that these __db.00? files were for Depends. Anyway, I just
discovered that I have no Depends file in /var/lib/rpm. Running rpm
--rebuilddb does not seem to restore or rebuild it. Any idea?
