Hmmm,. let me see if i understand this.. we now ask it in KDE - which I don't
think we used to, and STOPPED asking it in Gnome, where we used to. The
default in KDE is "no", where we ask the question, and is "yes" in gnome,
where we don't any longer, so busted stuff gets started every time Gnome
is restarted.
Can the default for Gnome be "no" ?
