integrated with KDE-1.x ... kde2 suppost is simply broken. kwintv is
just too buggy. it was unusable last time i test it with kde2.
the author put stupid things in each release (when he remembered to
really release it and not only announce it) like forgot the config.log
and the like or other stupid things which broke the rpm build so that
i need to make the spec workaround his fscked sh*t on each release.
what's more, the source is orphaned, the project is dead. if someone
come and say 'hey, i take it and i'm the new maintainer and i'll
release a debugged version that works with kde2', then ok.
