If a long download is corrupted, you can easily and quicky fix it by
downloading it again over the top using rsync.  If the bad original
was downloaded by something other than rsync you will have to run
fmirror -r (see man fmirror) on it first to convert it so that rsync
will recognise it (name, size, dates/times for time zones).   

In this mode, rsync enters a patch-in-place mode so all it does is
correct the errors.    Very quick!
