I should have a login shell, as i log via kdm. and /etc/X/xdm/Xsession first
line is #!/bin/bash -login.
I don't want to have my $HOME/bin appended to my PATH in every new shell, so
the need of a bash_profile and a basrc.
Moreover, the behavior modification and the ssh-agent problem suggest there
is something wrong currently.
