We have the choice between ramdisk or not, when no-ramdisk mode is
possible, e.g. with cdrom install.

With ftp/http install, together with rescue (with any mean of install), we
need to use a ramdisk.

FYI, the rescue is a small system, located in memory and mounted as a
ramdisk.

How could we do anything else? We're in rescue mode, we have no access to
a disk to "write" the rescue system.

The rescue can be considered as very similar to a "demolinux" system.
