[Cooker] xinetd problem resolved!

[SI Reasoning]

The reason xinetd service has not been working is that
the service is looking for /usr/sbin/xinetd but
instead the file is called /usr/sbin/xinetd-2.3.0.

So create a link to it with the name /usr/sbin/xinetd
and it works.
