[Cooker] rpm request

is it possible to put in the rpm spec file for any particular package the
compile time options used?   for example, If I want to recompile the
latest mozilla (or any other package for that matter), I would like to
make it as close as possible to what is provided my you folks.  In order
to do that, I need to know what options were passed for './configure'.
