[Cooker] Problems with C++ on gcc 3.0

I just met an irritating problem with gcc. It seems that on C++ we got a 
new "feature". The problem seems to be related to libsupc++ which the 
rpm makes only in static form. As this library seems to be new, all C++ 
buildings start to cry wild at linking moment. Even printf seems to be 
dependent on its functions (the linker claims to be unable to find 
gxx_personality_v0, which is located in this library).
