[Cooker] invalidfile error during install

In attempting to install cooker (from yesterday), I get through the package 
selection. It attempts to install locales-2.3.1-1 and fails, fails to install 
several files after that, then:

segmentation fault on transactions

invalid file `' at /usr/bin/perl-istall/pkgs.pm line 79

My faulty download or cooker problem?

I also can't run "bug" because the floppy module is "missing".
