[Cooker] LVM 1.0 in kernel?

Is there any chance of getting the just released LVM 1.0 into the next
kernel?

I was looking through the kernel 2.4.8-5mdk SPEC file and don't see
ext3 in there.  Which patch is including it?  Is Alan's ac patches
including it now?  That would be sweet.
