Someone replied about this and said that it's not part of the official distribution, but actually it is. On KDE Weekly News, it said they will leave it off by default for distribution maintainers to enable by themselves if it works. Since this decreases loading time by as much as 50%, and since downloading SRPMS is rather out of the question for me, I'd really like to see this enabled.
