Newt.so is in the installer still.  Just in the wrong
place(Mandrake/mdkinst/usr/bin/perl-install/auto/Newt).  libslang
was gone though.  I put libslang in .../lib and Newt.so in
perl-install/bin and it works.  Probably not the right solution
though.
