[Cooker] devfs, ALSA and /dev/snd permissions

Using ALSA with devfs, /dev/snd/* is not listed in 
/etc/security/console.perms. Because some kind soul removed me from all 
groups in the system I could not of course is sound.

/dev/snd/* should be added to console.perms methinks.
