OK, I know what's wrong now: package raidtools is not installed even 
selecting everything. At the moment I could rescue the system booting from 
cdrom, changing fstab, remounting partition, installing raidtools, turning 
back to old fstab and rebooting. It works, but it could be simpler, I 
suppose!  ;o)
