[Cooker] mcc menu problem in Russian locale

Default install, default fonts, no Windows fonts imported (in case it
matters), locale set ru_RU.KOI8-R.

Mcc has three menu items. Left and right are "File" and "Help" (in
Russian of course); the middle one looks approximately like "FileExit"
in written in Russian of course. Pressing it kills mcc.

It is there for quite some time already, I just did not came around to
report it :-)
