strange.
I tested that way:
configured a 128 connection. The ibod service is activated. I launch
net_monitor, connect, and only ippp0 is started, it's normal. Then I download a
big file, the download average increases and, the ibod detects that it should
launch ippp1. ippp1 is launched, but I don't know if it should appear in
net_monitor. Nevertheless, the connection is 128kb/s. I never have to start
ippp1 with hands.

Can you reporoduce that?
