Same Compaq Proliant DL360 with SmartArray
I see in text expert that without mem=512M it goes in kernel panic soon afer
Loading hd.rdz and Loading vmlinuz...
With boot: expert mem=512M goes a bit more and it respond with a dialog
"error No DISK drive found" and I see:
